WISEROWS stores pulled events as entities in your project. You control the retention period and can delete them at any time from the entity table.

Can I connect PostHog Cloud EU?

Yes. When adding the connector, select the EU region so WISEROWS routes all requests to app.eu.posthog.com.

How often does the sync run?

By default, WISEROWS syncs PostHog data every hour. You can increase the frequency to 15 minutes on Pro plans or set a custom cron schedule on Team.

Can I query feature flags from the AI chat?

Yes. If you sync feature flag entities, the AI chat can report on flag rollout percentages, variant distributions, and associated events.

What happens if my PostHog API key is rotated?

The connector will enter a degraded state and surface a warning in the integrations dashboard. Update the key in connector settings to resume syncing.
