What actions are available in the right-click menu?

Does the right-click menu change based on entity type?

Yes. The menu adapts based on the entity type schema and installed extensions. A blog post entity might show "Generate SEO meta" and "Publish to CMS" while a product entity shows "Enrich product data" and "Push to webshop". The core actions (edit, duplicate, delete) are always present.

Can I right-click multiple selected rows?

Yes. When multiple rows are selected via checkboxes, right-clicking shows bulk actions: Bulk Update, Bulk Delete, Bulk Enrich with AI, and Export Selected. The count badge shows how many rows will be affected.

Are keyboard shortcuts shown in the menu?

Yes. Every action that has a keyboard shortcut displays it on the right side of the menu item. Common shortcuts include Enter for Edit, Cmd+D for Duplicate, Delete for Delete, and Cmd+E for Enrich with AI.

How fast does the context menu appear?

The context menu renders in under 16ms — one animation frame. It appears at the cursor position instantly with no loading state. The menu is pre-built in the DOM and revealed on right-click, so there is zero computational delay.

Can I add custom actions to the right-click menu?

Yes. Extensions can register custom context menu actions via the extension manifest. Each action specifies a label, icon, handler function, and optional visibility condition. Actions appear in a "Custom" section at the bottom of the menu.

Does right-click work on mobile?

On touch devices, a long-press (500ms) triggers the context menu. The menu appears centered on the card or row you pressed. All the same actions are available. Haptic feedback confirms the long-press activation on supported devices.

What happens when I click "Enrich with AI"?

Clicking "Enrich with AI" opens a focused AI panel pre-loaded with the entity data. The AI analyzes the entity fields and suggests improvements — filling empty fields, improving text quality, generating meta descriptions, or translating content. You can accept, modify, or reject each suggestion.

Can I undo actions triggered from the context menu?

Yes. Destructive actions like Delete show a confirmation toast with an Undo button that persists for 5 seconds. Non-destructive actions like Duplicate and Enrich are reversible through the entity audit log. Every action is tracked and can be rolled back.

Does the context menu respect permissions?

Yes. Menu items are shown or hidden based on the user role and entity-level permissions. Viewers see only "Copy Row Link" and "Export as JSON". Editors see all non-destructive actions. Only admins and owners see "Delete" for entities they do not own.
