WISEROWS uses a multi-tenant model with organizations and projects for isolation and collaboration.
Organizations
An organization is your top-level workspace. It includes:
- Team members with role-based access
- Projects for data isolation
- Billing and plan management
- Organization-level settings

Projects
Projects are isolated containers within an organization. Each project has its own:
- Entity types and data
- Integrations and credentials
- Knowledge base
- Workflows and jobs
- Dashboards
- API keys
When to Use Multiple Projects
- Per client — Agency managing multiple clients
- Per product — Company with multiple products
- Per environment — Staging vs. production data
- Per use case — SEO project, content project, analytics project
Roles

Role | Permissions |

| Owner | Full access, billing, delete org |
| Admin | Manage members, settings, integrations, API keys |
| Editor | Create, edit, delete entities and content |
| Viewer | Read-only access to all data |
Inviting Team Members
- Go to Settings > Team
- Click Invite Member
- Enter their email and select a role
- They'll receive an email invitation to join
